1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pk355 ("pk355," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pk355 gaming platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at pk355.bio and any associated domains or applications.

By registering an account on pk355, logging into an existing pk355 account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all interactions with the pk355 platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device.

pk355 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to pk355 and participation in any gaming or betting activity on the platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your membership:

• You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of pk355.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pk355 or any affiliated entity, or an immediate family member of such persons.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension. pk355 reserves the right to request documentary verification of your identity — including a copy of your CNIC — at any stage of the account lifecycle.

3 Account Management

Each player may maintain only one active account on pk355. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, pk355 will close all associated accounts and may, at its discretion, void any winnings derived from gameplay conducted on the duplicate account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk355 login credentials, including your registered mobile number, username, and password. pk355 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You must notify pk355 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Account sharing is prohibited. Your pk355 account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, or used by, any third party. Any wagers placed by a third party using your credentials are your sole responsibility.

pk355 reserves the right to perform periodic account reviews. As part of these reviews, we may request additional documentation to verify your identity, source of funds, or compliance with these Terms. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pk355 accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed in the platform's Cashier section at the time of transaction. Accepted methods for Pakistani players currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. This list is subject to change without prior notice.

All transactions on pk355 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed in the Cashier section. pk355 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with pk355's standard processing schedule. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to fund the account, subject to available withdrawal options. pk355 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals: typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan): typically processed within 1–3 banking business days.
• VIP tier members (Gold and above) receive prioritised withdrawal processing.

pk355 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with our licensing obligations. Deposits made by third parties on behalf of a player will be returned and the account reviewed for potential breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pk355 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which are communicated at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all pk355 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before the bonus amount or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each individual offer.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet on pk355. Bonus funds must be wagered in full before any associated winnings can be transferred to the Main Wallet.
• Not all games on pk355 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at reduced percentages. Full contribution tables are available in the Promotions section of the pk355 platform.
• pk355 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players suspected of exploiting bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value prior to fulfilment of wagering requirements.

Welcome bonuses are available to new pk355 players on their first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus. The welcome bonus cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other active promotional offer unless explicitly stated.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on pk355 — including live casino games, slot titles, sports betting markets, and arcade games — operate according to individual game rules published within each game or product. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before participating.

All casino games on pk355 utilise independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are based on independent testing laboratory findings. The theoretical RTP represents a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee any individual session outcome.

pk355 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds in the following circumstances:

• Technical malfunction of the game software or streaming infrastructure.
• Evidence of manipulation, cheating, or exploitation of a game error.
• Network disconnection during an active game round, where the game state cannot be verified.
• Any other circumstance where the integrity of the game outcome cannot be confirmed.

For sportsbook markets, all bets are settled in accordance with official results as published by the relevant sporting body. pk355 accepts no responsibility for typographical or pricing errors in betting markets. Bets placed on incorrectly priced markets may be voided at pk355's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk355 platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to use stolen payment credentials, manipulate game outcomes, or misrepresent identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on pk355.
• Automated Play: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with pk355 games or services.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks against deposits made to pk355.
• Money Laundering: Using the pk355 platform to launder, conceal, or transfer proceeds of crime.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through matched betting, multiple accounts, or other mechanisms designed to extract value without genuine gaming activity.
• Market Manipulation: In sportsbook, placing bets with inside knowledge or in coordination with a sporting participant to influence event outcomes.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game assets, and other intellectual property available on the pk355 platform are the exclusive property of pk355 or are used under licence from third-party rights holders. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any pk355 intellectual property for any purpose outside of your personal use of the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or exploit any portion of the pk355 platform or its content without the express prior written consent of pk355. Unauthorised use of pk355 intellectual property constitutes an infringement of our rights and may result in legal action.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

pk355 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using pk355, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by pk355 includes, but is not limited to, your name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, CNIC number (where provided for verification), transaction history, gaming history, and device/session data. This data is used for account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.

• Loss of data or corruption of account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the pk355 platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events outside pk355's reasonable control.
• Errors in game odds, pricing, or displayed information that are promptly corrected by pk355.

pk355's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk355 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk355's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Suspension & Termination

pk355 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Irregular or suspicious betting patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Receipt of a legally valid demand from a court, regulator, or law enforcement authority.
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure).

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, pk355 reserves the right to void any pending withdrawals and retain associated funds, subject to our licensing obligations and any applicable regulatory requirements. Legitimate balances in accounts closed for non-breach reasons will be refunded to the player via the payment method of record.

You may close your pk355 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course before the account is formally closed.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pk355 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Non-material changes may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the pk355 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the pk355 platform and may request account closure through customer support.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk355 holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between you and pk355 arising from your use of the platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact pk355 customer support to seek an informal resolution. pk355 is committed to resolving player disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of your initial complaint, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution service designated by pk355's licensing authority. pk355 agrees to cooperate fully with such dispute resolution processes.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their legitimate interests.
